Iced Matcha Latte
Ingredient:

- • Base:
- o Matcha: 2g
- o Hot Water: 1 tbsp
- o Additional (cold) water: ¼ cup
- • Latte:
- o Milk (alternative): 0.5 cup
- o Ice cubes
- • Optional: sweetener
- o (in the video add a teaspoon of honey) – don’t add this as text lol –just the line above
- 1. Prepare the matcha base:
- a. Sift the Matcha to remove the lumps.
- b. Add the Matcha into the cup.
- c. Heat the water to 80°C and add 1 tbsp into the cup.
- d. Whisk into a smooth paste (whisk in a zigzag motion)
- e. Add the cold water
- 2. Assemble the drink following this order: ice cubes– milk* – matcha base
